- Galileo Galilei (ガリレオガリレイ) is an indie rock band from Hokkaido, Japan. After a successful indie album, they signed onto Sony Music and released their debut single "Natsuzora (夏空)", which would be used as the opening for the anime "Ōkiku Furikabutte ~Natsu no Taikai-hen~". Afterwards they released two more singles and their debut album "Parade" (パレード) in February 2011, which peaked at number #5 on the Oricon Album Chart.
